This 41-year-old female presented with a desire for cosmetic breast enlargement and cosmetic improvement o the contour of her abdomen. The patient had 3 children.
The breasts were approximate A cup in size. The abdomen revealed some loose and excess skin.
The patient underwent a bilateral breast augmentation with cohesive gel implants of 355 cc's and an abdominoplasty to achieve these results.
