Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 239

This patient came to our practice seeking breast augmentation in Buffalo to address both breast asymmetry and fullness. She noted her right breast was larger and had some sagging, while her left breast appeared smaller with no sagging. Her goals included achieving a balanced shape and a natural-looking enhancement to better match her frame and meet her personal aesthetic preferences.

To accomplish her goals, she underwent bilateral breast augmentation with a 400 cc silicone gel implant placed in the left breast and a 195 cc implant in the right. Dr. Andrew P.
